Villa Kleoniki - Polis

The layout of the villa was amazing, with an open plan design that created a spacious living area. The pool area was perfect, offering a great mix of sun and shade and a private atmosphere. The villa's location was excellent, nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac yet just a short walk away from restaurants and shops. The rooms were spacious and air conditioned, providing a comfortable stay. Maria, the contact, was incredibly helpful and made our experience even better. this villa was a hidden gem, offering a peaceful retreat near the sea with a lovely pool and fantastic amenities.

I had a fantastic stay at this villa! The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and a pleasant walk to restaurants and shops. The villa itself was spacious and the rooms were well air conditioned. The pool was a good size and the exterior grounds were well maintained. The pool was also cleaned regularly. The villa had a nice open plan layout, with a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area. The pool area had a good mixture of sun and shade and provided a secluded atmosphere. Parking space was ample and I appreciated the BBQ for cooking my own meals. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, and location were all great. The staff, especially Maria, provided excellent communication and made my stay even better.

Excellent location, 3 min walk to beach, 15 min walk to town, 10 min drive to nearby city. Spacious villa, cool AC, clean pool and well-maintained grounds. Pool net to remove leaves. BBQ available, blue beach towels provided. Ample parking space.

I had a lovely week at Kleoniki, a beautiful villa on a quiet street. The rooms were spacious and all had air conditioning. The location was great, just a short walk to restaurants and shops. There were also tourist facilities nearby like quad bike hire and water sports. Maria, the contact person, was extremely helpful. The pool was clean and the villa was not overlooked, offering a perfect hideaway near the sea.

Personally, I found the air conditioning a bit too cold for my liking. But hey, that's just me!

The only thing I didn't love was the size of the bedrooms. They were a bit smaller than I expected.

Loved the "furnished patios" where I could pretend to be royalty. The "free private parking" made me feel extra posh. The view "overlooking the Mediterranean Sea" was almost as fabulous as me.

Oh, the "mini market, cafes, and restaurants" were just too convenient. I mean, who needs that when you have a fancy villa?

Villa Kleoniki is a great value for money with spacious and well-maintained rooms. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to nearby attractions.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.
